Higher education institutions often focus on technology, but forget about the other aspects involved in a transformation. This presentation will show what are the main vectors that need to be considered in order to be successful in this process. We will present examples of Digital Transformation in the industry that can serve as references to understand each step of this process and how issues were addressed, thus avoiding falling into traps that can damage the reputation of the institution.
